Peak Pelvic Health is an out-of-network provider. If you are interested in using your insurance, we can provide you with a superbill to try to seek reimbursement through your carrier. Please note: We cannot guarantee reimbursement and cannot give specific reimbursement amounts.
We opt out of network so you can come first.
Our priority is spending time with you, not the insurance company.
Instead of sharing your session with another patient, working with an inexperienced aide or doing simple, basic exercises, you receive full hour sessions, entirely one-on-one with a specialized pelvic PT. This allows us to focus on you, and your goals, without visit limits, pre-authorizations and time constraints.

Going out-of-network may save you money in the end.
Since we offer hour-long appointments, one-on-one with a pelvic PT, it will take fewer sessions to get better. In-network clinics see you for shorter appointments more frequently which often include a co-pay each time.
In network does not mean free! If you haven’t met your deductible, in-network facilities can mark up the prices, sometimes this means paying over $500 per session until your deductible is met. Our fee is a flat fee, regardless of the type of treatment.
Many times, even if the facility “takes your insurance”, the codes billed for pelvic PT will not be covered, leaving you with a surprise bill months later. We bill upfront, no surprises.
We can treat your whole body, without a new referral allowing each visit to be comprehensive and tailored to your symptoms.
Pricing Structure
Initial Evaluation: $230 (60 minutes)
Follow-up sessions: $205 (60 minutes)
We accept HSA and FSA in addition to standard forms of payment.
While we often recommend weekly visits until symptoms are under control, we are happy to design a treatment plan around your budget and lifestyle.
