Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy designed to find and treat the root cause of symptoms like urinary leakage, pelvic pain, and GI issues using a whole-body approach. From your first appointment, you'll work one-on-one with a pelvic floor specialist who will listen to your full story and build a plan tailored to your specific goals.

Pelvic Pain Treatment

Pelvic pain is complex, and conditions like vulvodynia, vaginismus, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, painful intercourse, and SI joint pain deserve more than a surface-level approach. Our trauma-informed, whole-body assessment identifies the drivers of your symptoms so you can get real answers and effective treatment from a therapist you'll see consistently, every session.

Pregnancy Care

If you've been told that back pain, sciatica, pelvic pressure, or spasms are just part of pregnancy, you don't have to accept that. Our specialists provide hands-on relief, whole-body evaluation, and comprehensive birth preparation including pelvic floor coordination, perineal stretching, and labor readiness from your very first visit.

Postpartum Care

Our team bridges a significant gap in postpartum care by supporting the whole body, addressing concerns like pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, urinary leakage, scar tissue healing, clogged ducts, and return to exercise. Recovery is far more than a six-week check-in, and we create an individualized plan to restore your strength, function, and quality of life after baby.

Men's Pelvic Health

Men experience pelvic floor dysfunction too, and we specialize in conditions including chronic prostatitis, testicular pain, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pudendal neuralgia, hernias, and bowel dysfunction. Our therapists offer a range of treatment options based on your comfort level, from external assessment to dry needling and functional movement rehab.

GI Conditions

At Peak Pelvic Health, we put an emphasis on supporting those with GI struggles because there is such a gap of information and effective treatment options. Our therapists have years of experience and use non-invasive treatment strategies to help with the following issues:

  • Abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, IBS, scar tissue adhesions

  • Root cause answers to chronic symptoms

  • Practical tools and strategies to spend less time worrying about going to the bathroom, and more time living your life

  • Network of referral partners to get meaningful help with your symptoms when needed

Urinary Leakage and Overactive Bladder

Urinary Leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, and running:

  • Develop proper coordination of your breath, core, and pelvic floor for proper pressure management

  • Have practical tools and resources to work on this, and understand how the bladder and core work together

Overactive Bladder

  • Identify the root cause and triggers of frequent trips to the bathroom and urinary urgency

  • Gain strategies to reduce symptoms, calm the nervous system, and get back to the life you enjoy without the next bathroom stop always in the back of your mind

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle, hands-on technique to the abdomen that specifically restores normal organ mobility. Organs are surrounded by nerves and fascia, and there are a variety of conditions and injuries that can cause tightness in this area. We incorporate this into our pelvic floor therapy to ensure that all aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction are being addressed, but also offer this as a stand alone service. Visceral manipulation is often a missing piece for those that experience chronic abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and can also facilitate a full recovery from abdominal surgeries such as c-section, gall bladder removal, and endometrial excision or ablation.

GI Conditions: It is common to have abdominal and visceral tightness with constipation, bloating, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), and after abdominal surgeries. There can always be a pelvic floor component with GI conditions which we always screen for as well.

Fertility Support

The fertility journey can be complex, confusing, and draining. We offer holistic support in your fertility journey. It can include

  • Cycle analysis and guidance to optimize menstrual health and regularity

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Nervous system support and treatment

  • Collaboration for labs that tell the whole story

  • Hands-on manual therapy, including visceral manipulation and pelvic floor treatment to improve mobility and blood flow in the reproductive space. This helps significantly for those who have been through surgeries, have endometriosis, PCOS or pelvic floor tightness
