Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist
Tess is a pelvic health occupational therapist who is passionate about helping individuals restore confidence and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies. She earned her Master's of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Southern California.
She is committed to providing whole-person care, recognizing the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle factors, and overall quality of life. Tess values working collaboratively with each individual to help them feel supported in every aspect of their healing journey while building sustainable habits, confidence, and function for long-term wellness.
In addition to traditional pelvic floor therapy, she integrates Pilates-based principles into treatment sessions to support strength, mobility, pain reduction, and improved body awareness.
Tess is a California native who has lived in Colorado for the past three years. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
